Routine & Preventive Care Annual Gynecologic Exam — $125 Pap Smear — Included as needed during exam Consultations Comprehensive Perimenopause & Menopause Consultation — $135 (45 min) Unrushed visit focused on hormone concerns, symptom relief, and personalized care General Visits Birth Control Visit — $75 Problem-Focused Visit — $75 (30 min) For new or ongoing concerns outside of a routine exam, including: Pap smear (if needed outside annual) Contraception counseling (pill, patch, ring) Abnormal bleeding or STI evaluation Pelvic or breast concerns Vaginal discharge, spotting, or urinary symptoms Mental & Emotional Health Mood & Anxiety Support Visit — $75 (30 min) Supportive care for emotional well-being, including: Depression and anxiety screening Postpartum guidance and planning Specialty Women’s Health Services Comprehensive Menopause & Perimenopause Consult — $135 (45 min) PCOS Management — $135 (45 min) Focused visit addressing: Irregular cycles Weight changes Insulin resistance

The provider made me feel comfortable from beginning to end. I appreciated the time she spent with me and her unique approach on peri-menopause and menopause. I highly recommend.
I came to Pink WellNest for help with perimenopause symptoms like concerning my hot flashes, Tiffany took the time to really listen and explain what was happening with my hormones. I felt heard, supported, and not rushed. I finally feel hopeful and confident about managing this stage of life. I really like the clinic because it’s near my home and it’s convenient.
