Dr. Hatt was terrific. Knowledgeable, sensitive, informative… I immediately felt at ease – and felt confident in my receiving expert medical care. Staff was great, too. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

I think Mr. Hatt is an excellent PA. He obviously cares about his patients and is well educated. I do, however, have a problem with providers making their patients wait an inordinate amount of time to be seen. I understand that offices get busy and things happen, but I have been seen in this office twice in three months and have waited over an hour to be seen by a provider both times. The first time I wasn’t even brought back to a room in under an hour. I find it disrespectful of the patient’s time and frankly almost greedy. If you cannot see patients in a timely manner, then you need to extend your scheduling blocks. It took so long at my physical that the lab had closed the day of my physical, after I had fasted for 8 hours in preparation, and I had to come back another day when I took off the last half of my afternoon specifically to get it all done. I don’t think I will be coming back.
