About Dr. Timothy Young
Dr. Timothy Young, a native of the Puget Sound area, has lived near Issaquah since 1964 and attended Issaquah schools before going on to the University of Washington. He received his DPM degree at the California College of Podiatric Medicine, and continued on with his foot surgical training and residency training at New Berlin Memorial Hospital in Wisconsin.
Having returned to Issaquah to open his clinic in 1986, Dr. Young lives in the local area with his wife Kari and their three children. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Young enjoys spending time with his family and activities which include snowboarding, boating, wake boarding and fishing. He keeps fit by jogging, mountain biking, hiking and walking.

The office staff was efficient, with practically no waiting time to bring me back. My questions were answered by the Dr. He explained the treatment/ surgery he would do, as well as the recovery process and precautions. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. I tried to book the appointment online. It scheduled me for the next day. I then got a text telling me that appt. wasn't possible and scheduled me for2 days later, even texting me a reminder the day before. At the office, I was told it was scheduled for a week away. I showed her my texts and they squeezed me in anyway. This resulted in a lot of rushing on the part of the dr and nurse. I got good care and the dr listened to my story and answered my questions. The receptionist seemed very tired and overwhelmed, lost my id temporarily, and her mailbox was full when I tried to email my insurance info.

Dr Young is very knowledgeable. I thought I had fractured or dislocated my toes. Thankfully, he showed me the ultrasound that I had gout. Dr. Young is a great Doctor!

Usually do not like injections. The way Dr. Young uses Tens machine prior to removing my toenail made it alot less painful with less anxiety. Love the staff all very understanding.

Dr Young and staff are an amazing team. They listen well and care about me as a patient. Today I had a challenging procedure and they took their time making sure I was fully comfortable which makes for a successful visit and procedure.
