Getting to know Titi Omoyajowo

If your mind feels stretched thin, imagine care at your pace, grounded in clarity and respect. I partner with adults facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar and other mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and pregnancy or postpartum changes. You will be heard, educated, and invited to choose each step. My approach blends careful assessment, supportive therapy, and evidence-based medication management when helpful. We will use plain language, set practical goals, and revisit what works so progress feels steady and sustainable. Care is LGBTQ+ affirming, culturally mindful, and collaborative.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I combine supportive therapy with thoughtful medication management. We will map your history, set clear goals, and use coping skills, lifestyle strategies, and careful follow up. I treat ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar and mood disorders, OCD, and trauma related concerns, including pregnancy and postpartum needs.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Starting care can feel big, but the first step is simple. I am currently accepting new patients with appointments available within the week. Book a visit and we will build a plan that brings relief, skills, and steady progress.
