The office was okay, but the doctor was unclear and seemed uninterested. The consultation didn't answer my questions, I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend him.

Doctor was quick to get the appointment over. He just ruled my condition as eczema and gave me a steroid, which is what damaged my face in the first place.

I saw the doctor for a mole removal, he did it and then it came back even worse. There was no follow-up after my appointment and no instructions on how to take care of it during the healing process. I will have to go to another physician to fix it. Will not be returning and will not be recommending the service. Additionally, he was so nonchalant about it, as if I was supposed to be aware of the risk and the fact that it is now even worse than before. There was no recommendation other than to keep it covered during the healing process. No follow-up, nothing. When I finally came in to check on it, he was like, "oh yeah, that happens". Really disappointing service, I will be seeing a board-certified dermatologist who specializes in plastic surgery to hopefully fix this issue.

I expected the doctor to at the very least examine the areas of concern on my face. He didn’t even look at the pimples that were of concern. All he did was asked me questions and prescribe medication. These weren’t regular pimples or I wouldn’t have scheduled an appointment with a dermatologist. The shape, size and texture of the pimples were concerning and at least examine them to make sure and he didn’t even attempt to look at my skin. Very disappointing to say the least.

The team were like teenage cheerleaders, it took 30 minutes to checkout and pay bill. Then they still sent me a bill. Now I have to call them. I wasn’t impressed with the Doctor’s manners at all. He started telling me cost as if I had no money to pay for services. I made the appointment up front telling them I was out of network. No I won’t be returning to high school.

It’s comical in a somewhat facetious way that I waited in the room for more time than i spent with the physician and my wait in the room was 8 minutes pass my appointment time. To say I was with the physician for less than 8 minutes, while not surprising, is still very sad. I have been seeing Dr. Colonna for years. He is terrific and so is the checkout receptionist. The scheduling with a computer was tough and the checkin receptionist was curt.
