About Todd McCloskey
Todd specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. He enjoys helping patients of all ages deal with conditions of the skin, hair and scalp, and nails.
Todd is certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed by the Maryland Board of Physicians.
He is credentialed to diagnose and treat common and complex dermatologic conditions which, at times, can require ongoing management, including acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, as well as conditions of the skin, hair and nails that result from the normal aging process or exposure to the sun and other environmental factors.
He also provides his patients with information on preventative skin care, explaining ways in which they can be sun smart, and why early skin cancer detection methods such as annual Total-Body Skin Cancer Exams help save lives.
Todd performs various surgical procedures such as shave and punch biopsies, excisions of basal and squamous cell carcinomas, moderately atypical nevi (moles), and cysts.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Anne Arundel / St. Francis University.
