The diversity of patients were young to old. The staff were very accommodating of each patient.

I arrived to my appointment only to be told it had been canceled because she only sees 2 ear patients a day because those appointments take longer. I had just gotten a reminder of my appointment 2 days prior. I asked kindly to be seen anyway, and apologized to the doctor explaining I have limited childcare and with my ear problems it was important I’d be seen. She had a pissed off look on her face and my appointment that apparently should have taken longer literally only last 5 minutes. She called me in a prescription of ear drops I already have that do nothing. She had a careless look. I will never go here again.

I got the service I needed for the visit but the wait time was not optimal. If I have an appointment at 4 pm, I should be seen at 4 pm, specifically when the office requests I arrive 15 minutes early, and I follow those instructions. My time is also valuable and I want to be seen on time.
