She did a great job of walking me through what needed to be done that day and the care I should do for the future. Great bedside manner to help me feel relaxed while getting the procedure and to help me understand what's going on.

My visit was ruined by a lack of bedside manner. Dr. Syers assistant was aggressive and took very little care to make sure I knew what was going on. She was brutal..gentle wasn't even in her vocabulary. I realize the need to teach in these situations, but at least 3 hands in my mouth the entire tire, stretching my mouth open so both people could see what was going on.
The doctor at times tried softly to call off her attendant "I've got it", but when she continues stubbornly, you'd expect as a patient for the doctor to take control, but this didn't happen. Imagine what that does for your confidence as a patient.
If it was just Dr. Syers in the room, I would definitely recommend her, but because she failed to control the room, I had an awful experience and left with a sore mouth plus a great deal of stress I didn't walk in with.

I love this dentist office, and have been going there for sometime now. The only thing that bothered me TODAY, was the fact I got two filling and while being worked on was left for 10 minutes while she stepped out and attended to another patience, which made my work take longer & I didn't appreciate having to sit there with my mouth open, and not have work completed that made me feel some kind of way :(

I have a lot Wrong in my mouth and in years gone by have had bad experiences with dentists. Tracy Syers is without a doubt the best dentist (and arguably the best doctor, period) that I've ever been treated by. I initially went in reluctant and fearful. I now (sort of) look forward to my next surgery. I cannot recommend her enough. I never expected to feel this positively about a dentist (right?). My teeth are the stuff of nightmare, but Dr. Syers clearly does stellar work (I Know this to be true) and has a calming, respectful, humorous bedside manner. I don't feel one jot of the nervousness I have felt in the past going in to see my new amazing dentist. It's really weird that I look forward to it.

Dr. Syers is friendly, professional, personal, and thorough. She explained things clearly and made me feel at ease right away. I would send friends and family here knowing that they are in good hands. Everyone in the office is friendly and professional, I never thought I'd be saying this but I actually look forward to going back!

Tracy is amazing. She talks you through everything she is doing, explaining it in a soothing manner. The staff is incredibly friendly and equally soothing. Who knew that going to the dentist could be relaxing? I've been coming to this office for years and the service has been consistently great.

I'm a long-time patient of Dr Syers and Dr Iverson. Today I had a front tooth crown replaced. I can't say enough good things about Dr Syers--first time I've had a female dentist--she has tiny fingers, a bubbly personality, and a very attentive manner. Winner!

I've said it time and time again. I've been a patient for 10 years now and I highly recommend this drs office. they are Friendly, professional and trust worthy. I actually enjoy going to the dentist (weird, I know) but if you are looking for a new dentist definitely visit Tracy or Todd and their amazing staff!
I wouldn't go anywhere else in SF!

Very professional, helpful, all over pleasant experience. All staff and Dr. Syers. Dr. Iveson always take a personal interest in my life, news, well-being as well as my teeth, mouth and gums.

The whole staff is so friendly and accommodating. I needed a crown quickly and they were able to fit me in without skipping a beat. The procedure went well and was very comfortable. Dr. Syers is very patient and skilled. I highly recommend her.
