About Dr. Trevor Moerkerke
Dr. Moerkerke was born in Montana and grew up all over the country before landing in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. After completing his undergraduate studies at UW-Madison, which included a year abroad in Madrid, Spain, he moved to the Pacific Northwest to attend medical school at OHSU. Dr. Moerkerke returned to the Portland area after completing his family medicine training at UCSF-Santa Rosa. He lives in Beaverton with his wife and 2 children.

The entire team was friendly and welcoming. I am a healthcare professional myself and I can tell from the first 10 minutes that the staffs take meticulous history. Dr. Moerkerke himself has excellent bedside manner, he took his time to explain and address my concerns, also ordered a few test to rule in/out diagnoses so he really left no stone unturned.

After a few years going to a large, dysfunctional clinic that felt a bit like a factory, Dr. Moerkerke and Orenco Family Medicine were a refreshing change. He asked great questions, listened carefully to my own, and I left the office feeling like I could trust him with my health.
Re: the practice in general, it has a clean, small office with friendly and competent staff. I was seen 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment after showing up early, and I was able to get my labs done on-site. This was pretty much exactly the experience I was hoping it would be.
I'd happily recommend Dr. Moerkerke and this practice to others.

I cannot recommend this practice enough. They were pleasant, efficient and the doctor I saw was a breath of fresh air. I felt like they actually heard my concerns and made suggestions to further explore solutions. Something I haven’t experienced from a medical professional in a very long time.

It has been over a decade since I have been to a regular physician. The docking and the entire staff were welcoming and kind. The doctor held no judgements of my past health choices and was very encouraging of me sharing a much a I wanted. I would recommend this office to anyone!

The experience I had at Doctor Trevor Moerkerke’s office was amazing! The front staff was kind and understanding after just being a bit late with the confusion of my GPS. I go to sit down and fill out a forum and all ready they’re ready to help me, Wow Excellent customer service. Ricky was awesome with helping with answering my questions and making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole time. After talking to Dr. Trevor though he was very kind and respectful and helpful throughout the whole interaction, he made sure I understood the process and help recommend me some OTC medicine I can buy! Would Highly recommend, excellent customer service. I will be returning again!
