Community First Primary Care has a company-wide $50 cancellation/no-show fee. This fee applies to anyone who cancels their appointment less than 24 hours after scheduling it. From being able to book my own appointment on line , having immediate availability , I was already impressed . Once I arrived The front office immediately squared away my insurance so I would not be turned away or charged. She actually took the time to speak with my insurance . The medical assistant was kind and a good listener and put me at ease . And Tyler Parsons, PA allowed me to ask all my questions and did not hesitate to give me thorough well informed info . He addresses my medical needs and prescribed the appropriate meds. For being as sick as I was this had to be one of my top 10 experiences at a Dr.s office .
