Unfortunately I have some DOT business to handle, and Dr. Reyes isn’t certified to address what I need in order to renew my medical certificate, however, there is a provider who works in the same office that I will be seeing this Thursday. I didn’t think to ask ahead of time if Dr. Reyes was able to handle DOT matters. Overall, not disappointed.”

READ THIS WHOLE THING PLEASE. I booked my appointment for 3:30 because I didn’t want to get stuck in 5 o’clock traffic but unfortunately it took 30 mins for me to get taken back and nearly an hour to be seen so I got stuck in traffic and normally I’d be really upset about that (and I kind of was) but then she came into the room and I was swept away by her level of care and personality. I’ve met a lot of NPs and MDs in my life but she has by far the best bedside manner and even though I was grumpy she melted all that away with a charm I’ve not seen in a provider. I felt listened to, cared about, and respected as a person. Sounds cliché but it was worth the wait. She listened to me and gave me a sense of peace and belonging like I wasn’t just a number. I left in a good mood, all my needs were met and I had a plan for the future medically and I will definitely come back again for sure, just maybe an early morning appointment so I get seen faster. Lol

I had a wonderful experience. I have a lot of medical trauma and it was very hard to go somewhere new but they are great listeners here and they talked me through everything. It was a very pleasant experience. I will say one thing though this is a Christian based medical center so if religion makes you uncomfortable maybe skip it. I am not religious so I was uncomfortable about that especially in the waiting room (I also have religion trauma). However I still gave it a chance and I am glad I did so if you can move past that go ahead and book that appointment! Really sweet staff! They made me feel like I mattered and I didn’t feel judged even with my troubles.
