So thankful I was able to be seen by Dr. Ford today. Excellent bedside manner, active listener, and answered my questions before I could even ask. He was very thorough. I explained I went to a previous establishment and they had difficulty drawing labs (4 attempts to be exact). His team was able to get it on the first try with minimal discomfort. So happy to have found him and happy to state I have found a PCP I'll be sticking with!

This doctor gave me hope. I’m a pretty complicated case with pain and depression and lots of prior surgeries and therapies and I haven’t gone to a doctor in ages because I lost all my hope and I was incredibly frustrated with the health care system. I had not developed trust with any professionals in the past ten years—— and after meeting him once—— I feel like maybe it can only go up from here. —— he really listened to me, he asked me the right questions, he’s helping me with the requests I had and I am incredibly grateful that I met him randomly on Zocdoc. His take on pain and the soul is refreshing and it makes sense. I’m ready to go on my journey with doctor Ty.

I was in need of a new PCP, as my regular PCP retired a few months ago. I went online and started research, and after reviewing Dr. Tori’s Ford, APRN, DNP, NP-BC, FNP-BC credentials and patient reviews, I was comfortable in my decision to to move forward with scheduling an appointment. I checked in and waited briefly to be called back by Dr. Ty and he was very kind, professional and attentive. He was very professional, yet personable and attentive in his bedside manner. His attention to detail and clear communication of his assessment of my healthcare needs was very refreshing and appreciated.
