Unified Primary Care and Health Services LLC offers telehealth visits and in-person visits in the state of Maryland. Dr. Uchenna Obichere is board certified in psychiatry and family practice. She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University, a Master’s in Family Nursing from Bowie State University, and a Post Doctoral Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Global. She works with children aged five and older, adults, and geriatric patients beginning at age five. She is passionate about mental health, preventive medicine, and overall health. Dr. Uchenna enjoys helping her patients attain a stable mental state by empowering them through motivational interviewing. She enjoys working with individual clients and their families.
I employ a holistic, patient-centered, and evidence-based approach in treating my clients. When medications are necessary, I educate my clients on the available options based on their treatment goals to enable them to make informed decisions about their care. I also guide my clients in making lifestyle modifications to improve their overall physical and mental well-being.

Wasn’t there when we were at the office for the appointment. I said to her on the phone that it was an in person appointment not a virtual one when she first called me before my appointment. She Thought it was an virtual appointment and not a in person appointment , and then spammed my phone and texted me after I had left and both me and my mom tried call her and she didn’t pick up. So we left, definitely wouldn’t recommend.
