Made this appointment because I was having issues with my other provider. He had me send the appointment payment through “Zelle” so then it can’t be taken back, and then never responded to my messages about filling my prescription. So I paid (out of pocket!!)and never heard from him later on. Very sketchy!

Dr. Ugo is thoughtful and kind, asking the right questions and takes the time to fully understand my responses. He put me in touch with a mental health therapist who I see weekly and that has contributed to an improvement in my outlook on life.
Dr. Ugo has been available every time I need his help. I’m thankful for him and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of his expertise!
