About Dr. Umang Khetarpal

Ear Wax Cleaning Patients: Please keep in mind that our office charges $100 for ear wax cleaning due to the majority of insurance companies not covering this service at the time of the office visit. While we bill the insurance company and will refund patients if paid, we recommend patients who come in PRIMARILY for ear wax cleaning do so with their primary care physician and then return to us if further ear pain, pressure, ringing, or dizziness persists. Please ask our staff if you have any questions.
Dr. Khetarpal is an award winning Ear Nose and Throat Facial Plastic Surgeon with advanced expertise and experience in sinus disease, allergies, Sleep Medicine and Facial plastic Surgery. He has had over 20 years experience in clinical practice especially in the advanced management of sinus, allergy, snoring and sleep disorders but also in dizziness and hearing loss, thyroid nodules and parathyroid disease, rhinoplasty and facial surgery. He is doubly Board Certified in Otolaryngology-Facial plastic Surgery and in Sleep Medicine and was listed in the Best Doctors List of America, was awarded the President's Gold Medal on finishing medical school and did fellowship training at the prestigious Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and Brigham and Women's Hospital and Harvard Medical School besides his Otolaryngology-Head and Neck and Facial Plastic Surgery residency in Syracuse, New York.
HE WAS AMONGST THE FIRST SURGEONS IN THE US to use image guidance in the office for sinus surgery and balloon sinuplasty. He also performs in office snoring and sleep apnea procedures besides offering home sleep testing and oral appliance devices for snoring and sleep apnea and oral drops for allergy patients that lack time for allergy shots.

Overall, my experience was not pleasant to say that this was my first time meeting him. He did not have good bedside manner, nor was he friendly. He insulted me with a particular question in hand. He also did a hearing screening on me, but the conditions for the screener were not favorable. I do not recommend him to anybody.
