I booked the appointment for my son and it didn’t say when I booked that they don’t see children. We went all the way there only need to be told that we can’t be seen.

Dr Razini saw me immediately. Did anultrasound to determine the reason for my pain and gave me a cortisone shot to relieve my pain. He told me to email him to let him know how I was feeling. I emailed the next morning and he promptly responded and ordered an MRI . I am having the MRI this afternoon. The whole process took less than 24 hours, especially on a holiday weekend. I highly recommend Dr. Razini and his friendly staff.

HIGHLY recommend this practice. Booked on ZocDoc, general appointment. The staff at the front assessed my needs quickly and matched me with the correct physician. Great level of service. Had an appointment with Dr. Ellie and she was caring and quick, offering solutions and immediately putting me at ease. Doctor seemed knowledgeable and provided analysis of my condition. Took x-rays which showed conditions in the spine that need attention. He recommended MRI test And she just did a back up appointment after review of the MRI.

I needed a workup for debilitating deep bone pain in my hand and long bones in my arm. This site is not a full ortho facility as stated on zocdoc. The dr was not able to help me. The dr was very concerned and apologetic, but was unable to help. He gave me a referral for Orthopedic oncologist for a full metabolic work up for bone disease, cancer, etc... he was a sports ortho doctor only. i was not given the drs name on zocdoc when appointment was made.

Can’t recommend this place highly enough. I booked with them for an emergency consult (suspected broken toe) less than 2h before the appt. Train delays (go figure, nyc) meant I knew I was going to be a little late, so I called 45m ahead of time, and they pushed my appointment 30m so I wouldn’t miss it. When I got there, they were so kind and accommodating. I saw Dr. Ellie, who was incredible. Kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. She saw me right away, and included me in every part of the diagnostic process. We nerded out over my X-rays (I’m a physicist, forgive me, haha!), and broken toes+4th phalange were diagnosed. Left the facility à la boot with a follow up scheduled for 4 weeks from now to switch from boot to more sleek healing sneaker. Love this place, love Dr. Ellie, all the stars ??
