Dr. Dedania was very efficient and perfectly nice, but the wait time in the office was a little absurd and it seemed like the technician did not know what he was doing. He put dilation drops in my eyes that didn't work, so another technician had to redo the drops and wait another 20 minutes to make sure that they were working. I've had great experiences at NYU Langone in the past and this may have been a one off with this department, but it was disappointing.

The receptionist and techs were very nice, the Dr was thorough and quick (win win), but it took a long time to see the doctor.

Good office, doctors and professionals. However, the office needs to figure out a more efficient way to check in patients.
Dr. Dedania was very helpful, thorough, and compassionate during my appointment. Would definitely recommend her.

Dr. Dedania is great, one of the nurses under her wasn’t so polite, but still it was a pleasant and quick visit
She’s not too friendly and she seems a little mean.

Dr. Dedania's assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and provided useful information. The Dr. on the other hand had the demeanor and bedside manner of a frat bro at an all-night kegger. She seemed disinterested in what was going on, was curt and repeatedly interrupted me when I would ask questions.
The receptionist and techs were very nice, the Dr was thorough and quick (win win), but it took a long time to see the doctor.
I was extremely scared of seeing an ophthalmologist especially because of being told possibly scary diagnoses by other doctors. She saw me right away, took her time with me and heard all of my complaints. She did all necessary tests with such precision that I genuinely don’t think I could’ve received a better experience elsewhere. Amazing doctor
