Dr. Covington is someone who really listens to her patients concerns while also providing the perspective that only a professional like her could have.
You see a lot of distrust and exasperation with psychiatric care due to feelings of lack of support and understanding throughout the process. I can confidently say that I’ve only felt the opposite of this while working with Dr. Covington.
She is empathetic to your concerns and factors them into your treatment, always asks for feedback about your medication & wellbeing to help you adjust to and find the right treatment, and generously answers any questions/concerns out-of-appointment through text. All while being very pleasant to work with in general!
I’m beyond fortunate to have found and contacted Dr. Covington for psychiatric help. My life is absolutely changing for the better since she's helped me find the right treatment plan. I would recommend to anyone searching and able that they come to Dr. Covington for psychiatric care!

Listening and helping my patients on their mental health journey is my mission. We offer therapy and medication management. We offer telehealth and in person visits by appointment.
