The desk administrator and doctors assistant were both awesome ??
Dr was versed on my notes as to why I was there and came in the exam room with options for my care and info as to why I’m experiencing the symptoms.
Was there for my asthma and nasal congestion.

The front office staff was friendly and efficient. They have one form to fill out when you go in, if you fill out all of their online forms. It's only a form to say who you want to share your medical records with like your emergency contact.
The doctor was friendly and a good listener. He communicated clearly and helped me with the issue I came in for. My husband and I will be coming to this doctor again.
The office itself is beautiful and clean. My one note is that if religious iconography is a trigger this may not be the office for you as there are religious sayings and crosses on display.

I highly recommend Dr. Vazquez. He takes the time to review all possible concerns you may have. He doesn't cut you off or rush you like other Doctors. Office was nice and tidy. Will be transferring my other relatives here!

He didn’t rush me. He was very kind, compassionate, happy, and he made a great treatment plan, which included adjusting certain medications, prescribing new medication, and he set me up with specialists. His friendly disposition and his attentiveness while you talk, makes it so easy to talk to him about the most uncomfortable subjects. I would drive any distance to continue having him as my doctor.
