I haven't been to an Eye Dr for about 3 years and I have to say that Dr Battu is amazing.. He is very kind and informative. He discovered I have some issues going on and he was very kind and gentle in explaining it to me. I highly recommend him. He staff was very kind as well.. I'm so glad I went to him today!
Dr. Battu was a true professional. He discussed my case with me in detail and recommendations. I would highly recommend Dr. Battu!
Very great office with a very great atmosphere. The doctor is very talented, friendly, and professional. The technician was not the friendliest but not necessarily rude. Receptionist was very accommodating. The only issue is time; it seems appointments may be overbooked and there is a long wait in the office. I may have had to wait longer due to being a new consult but I know others in the office were waiting long as well (the doctor arrived late). Overall I would recommend this practice but would suggest setting aside a decent amount of time.
Dr. Battu was the best! Very professional, caring, thorough, etc.
good doctor, but usually have a waiting time to be seen.
Courteous and professional. Would recommend highly to other patients for eye issues.
Would not recommend at all. The receptionist and administrative staff are very rude and incompetent. It took them several days to do a simple request: e.g. Sending me an email to order contact lens online, and sending me an itemized receipt via fax, etc. Also, they fail to mention that you are forced to order contact lens through their online store, as they will charge you a separate prescription fee if you order anywhere else. Of course their online prices are also higher. Doctor himself was mediocre at best, but I would not recommend this office if all you need is a routine eye exam.
Dr. Battu was friendly and professional.
Dr. Battu felt like he was in a hurry. I wanted thing explained to me in more detail.
Great space. Very clean. Friendly staff. Dr was thorough, listened to my concerns and walked me thru treatment.
Very friendly and caring, would definitely recomend this doctor.
I was not happy with my visit to Dr. Battu - I went for a simple eye exam and indicated that I was looking for a new prescription for my glasses. He performed several tests on my eyes including a glaucoma test, but at the end of the appointment when I asked for my new prescription, he 1. indicated that he sold glasses and I should just get them through him, then 2. informed me that I need to come back in 2 weeks because he couldn't provide me with a prescription because my eyes were still dilated!!!! I have never had to "come back" to an eye doctor before (normally they do it all in one visit) and am incredibly annoyed by this especially since at the beginning of my appointment, he pointed out that my insurance doesn't cover the eye exams!
The wait was so long with so many people waiting to see him. The secretary was nice, but she was hidden in a little office. When I walked in, I didn't know where the sign in sheet was or where I was suppose to go. No one said hello or guided me to fill out paper work or anything. I had to go find out myself and by then, some other patients cut me in line. The office was run down, but he did tell me they were moving to a new location next month.
He's a real pro, He has a friendly, helpful staff
The wait time at Battu's office was absolutely unacceptable. I had an 8:30 AM appointment and he sauntered into the office at 9:30. Granted, I realize that emergencies come up and he was likely dealing with a patient or medical matter--but his staff kept telling me five more minutes, five more minutes, he'll be right here, etc. He seems like a competent doctor but I avoid doctors who don't respect their patient's time.
great doctor but was very busy. it was an emergency appointment so i cant complain and i was told it was way busier then usual
I thoroughly enjoyed my visit with Dr. Battu. He was thorough, kind, and clear in his recommendations. I will definitely be back to see him.
-Good experience; nice, pleasant physician -The clerk explained covered and non covered services prior to the visit. -Site renovations on-going but sealed off, and the office was clean
HE IS A VERY PROFESSIONAL DR. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMMEND HIM
