Everything was done very professionally. Very good new equipment. Honest medical evaluation, explanation of medical problem and plan. I am definetely coming back in one year for follow up visit.
Dr. Aliprandis is thoughtful, friendly and very knowledgeable.
Great Dr. very thorough found the problem right away and is a great specialist. Took his time to explain everything
This was a follow up visit with doctor for some problems I had early this season. My exam was through and my questions were answered. Good
My 9 year old daughter was very comfortable as a new patient. Everyone was cheerful and attentive.
The staff were very cheerful and helpful, they even called my PCP, to get the referral I needed.
This office was rude and did not give me the information I needed. I had an appointment set and was told my wait time would be more than an hour, I tried asking questions to better understand what exactly they meant as they mentioned having to get my eyes dilated which didn't make sense because my appointment was for an updated prescription, not an eye exam. When I asked questions I was met with rude responses. Will never go here again and I don't recommend it to anyone else.
Very curtious, very knowledgable and spoke in a language anyone could understand. The entire staff was great!
Did not feel I was given a complete exam. Front office was not very professional.
He is a good doctor. Very professional.
He's awesome and personable !
Staffed by professionals and very welcoming environment.
The technician was so great with my 12 year old, and so genuine and pleasant - that really made our day, as my son was apprehensive about the appointment and was quickly set at ease. Dr. Aliprandis was succinct, but gave the information that was required and satisfied both my son's and my own expectations. Very pleased!
The supporting staff at this office are extremely exceptional. I thought I was not in NYC at all (I am not originally form NYC, and I live in another borough). Thanks to the modern equipment, and the highly trained technicians that support the doctor, you do not spend time with him other than to check results and recommend any course of action. My hour commute to this office was worth it!
Dr Aliprandis is very professional and friendly he cares about patient care.
He was great . I enjoyed my experience with him!
Dr Aliprandis was good and did a great job
Very good and professional doctor.
There was an extremely long waiting time supposedly due to one of their technicians being out sick. They couldn't find my appointment on their computer (very disorganized) which was quite annoying and the other patients in the office were not the type of people I like to be around due to the fact that they didn't seem very tolerant of others, my appointment was for 1:45PM and I did not leave until after 4PM. Another thing is that they charge for giving you a prescription which I have never heard of. The doctor seemed pleasant and my exam was thorough but I do not know if I will be returning here.
Great Doctor and staff. Waiting time was about 45 minutes.
I was there 15 mins before appointment (10 AM) Waiting time almost 2 hrs till I asked for 'why' Because someone from reception signed 'check in' column. That's why, nobody called my name. If I didn't asked, I would be sitting down there for the whole day. Wasting my time for no reason.
they didn't kept me waiting too long i was taken right away and saw the doctor after a few minutes of waiting
Very friendly, knowledgeable. Great staff.
Very good. thorough!!!
It was a very good experience overall. The wait was a bit longer than I would have liked but the entire staff was very friendly and the doctor acknowledged my longer than expected wait time from the busy morning. However, being in the medical field myself I understand wait time is something anyone has to expect when seeing a doctor. All my eye concerns were met along with solutions in a very clear manner.
Very professional and courteous. He explained things very thoroughly and makes the patient feel at ease.
He is A great physician.Very proffesional. Sorry I ca not say that for the office staff.
Great doctor.. Highly reccomended
He was not very professional. He seemed like he only wanted to make money on a surgical procedure.
The office staff was very nice and helpful. Would never recommend him.
