This is my first visit. The Optometrist was wonderful. My only complaint is that they didn't explain ahead of time that my insurance doesn't cover the exam unless I purchase glasses from them. I know it's our responsibility to know the details of our insurance but they wait until after you've already had the exam to tell you this. So I spent quite a bit on the exam where I could've gone and done everything at Warby Parker, which is where I get my glasses and it would've cost me LESS to see their out-of-network Optometrist and then been able to use the $250 voucher towards the exam and/or on their frames. They should've been more transparent. I feel like they know people don't understand the in and outs of their insurance and they're taking advantage of that.
