“Dr. Caruso is a great chiropractor, I've been going to him for several years now for various reasons. He is not invasive and has his own approach to helping you heal. He spends a lot of time with his patients to get to the root of their issue. He uses a plethora of techniques and different types of treatments to cater to each of my visits, it's never the same thing. I've seen him for neck pain, muscle tightness, numbing, tingling, anxiety, migraines, twitching, and even continue to see him when I'm feeling well. I never feel rushed, and he truly listens to me when I'm explaining how I'm feeling. I would highly recommend him if you're looking for a chiropractor that is invested in your well being and helping you heal, he's your guy. ”

“A friend of mine highly recommended Dr. Caruso, and there are not enough words to say how thankful I am for his expertise, knowledge, caring and attention to my issues, pain and discomfort.
I was pushed and fell. I injured my right arm and could just about move it. It was very painful, and difficult since I am right handed and live alone. I could not sleep, dress myself, prepare meals, etc. Thanks to Dr. Caruso, my arm is now perfect and fully functional.
A few weeks later, I got out of bed too quickly and pulled the muscle in the groin of my left leg. I couldn't walk, the pain was awful with every movement, I could not bend nor move. Dr. Caruso, due to his healing abilities and treatments, I am healed, have no pain and am walking, working and dancing again.
Dr. Caruso took time out to call and check on me daily. His office staff was also very professional, kind, caring and attentive.

About Dr. Vincent Caruso
Dr. Vinny grew up in the wholesale produce business, but even as a kid he was curious about how the body functioned and how the food he worked with every day impacted that ability to function.
He instinctively felt there was a natural way for us to heal, and he was drawn to the chiropractic philosophy that our bodies possess an innate intelligence that strives to maintain health and balance.
That curiosity never left him, and Dr. Vinny pursued his passion for learning by apprenticing in Traditional Chinese Medicine for 27 years, in addition to attending Life Chiropractic College West. He’s just as passionate about sharing his knowledge with others, and his patients value his honest, caring, straightforward approach – and they love his message that they can take actions to help themselves heal naturally.
In practice for 20 years, he’s seen first-hand how powerful his techniques are in helping restore balance to the body.
Life isn’t always easy, so Dr. Vinny makes it a practice to enjoy all life has to offer by being happy, taking time to be aware, and expressing himself honestly. When he’s not at New Jersey Total Health, he practices what he teaches by doing Qigong and breathing exercises, taking walks, or sitting in the yard with his bare feet in the grass – occasionally while smoking an organic cigar! For Dr. Vinny, it’s all about balance. He takes time for himself to recharge and enjoys having a good meal and nice conversation with his wife of 24 years and their teenaged daughter and son.

I’ve been seeing Dr Caruso for treatments for over 15 years. He helped me tremendously with over coming a lower back issue and provided an ongoing lifestyle improvement ever since.
My life has greatly changed with Dr Caruso’s guidance and he completely healed my back!
