Dr Lagellana and the overall baycare operation 5*. Staff are great and want you to have a good experience. I don’t like the “cognitive test” as I get older but the checkup was needed by me. I nominate that Dr Laganella be in the Baycare Hall of fame!

I have been seeing Dr Laganella since 2003 when he was in private practice. He is just as awesome now, as he was then.
He is ALWAYS on time, or even running early. He takes the time to discuss and go over options and will follow up with personal phone calls to find out how you are.
His care team is fast and efficient. There are usually appointments same week to see him once you are an established patient!
I have not seen anyone else in this office other than Dr Laganella as I followed him here when he left Apollo Beach!

Filled in the paperwork on line. Arrived at the office 10 minutes early. Lady was copying insurance cards and id when the nurse called me to go in. Can't do much better than that.

Dr.L was good at explaining and listening to my health care . Very good bedside manner. One of the front desk staff was a little rude & pushy, didnt let me finish my paperwork, although i got there 30 mins before my appt like they asked. right at 3pm she was like'the doctor is waiting, r u not done, i left message to b here early etc' and i told her i did get there early at 235pm and got my paper wrk few mins later, and i started working on it, it was lot of paper to go thru and i just felt rushed with the whole commotion. But everything else was good.
