Originally from Russia, Dr. Gabay received his medical degree from Azerbaijan Medical School. He then travelled to New York to complete his residencies. He has completed two residencies at the New York Medical College Metropolitan Hospital Center: one for psychiatry and one for internal medicine. He is now affiliated with both the Forest Hills Hospital and New York Hospital Queens.
