Dr. Wanda P. Spuhler graduated from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis and completed her residency at the University of Arizona. She also holds posts as clinical assistant professor in the Family Medicine department at both Baylor College of Medicine and the University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston. In 2008 she was named the Teacher of Distinction at the UTMB School of Medicine-Galveston. Clinical Interests Dr. Spuhler's clinical interests include diabetes, hypertension and preventative medicine. Dr. Spuhler focuses on comprehensive patient-centered medical care with a strong emphasis on prevention for her patients, who are 12 years and older.
