Hello, I'm Wayne Ethier, a dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) based in Massachusetts. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Chamberlain University in Addison, building on my Bachelor's degree from Chamberlain University and an Associate's degree from Quincy College. With a strong background in both psychiatry and nursing, my mission is to provide high-quality mental health care to my patients. I specialize in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of mental health issues using a compassionate and evidence-based approach.
I offer therapeutic interventions such as psychotherapy and counseling and collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for each patient. My goal is to educate patients and their families about mental health and provide them with the tools and coping strategies necessary for a healthier life.
With extensive experience across various healthcare settings, including hospice care, rehabilitation, and outpatient services, I am committed to delivering exceptional care to individuals of all ages. Whether working with low-income clients or those with complex medical needs, I approach each case with cultural competence and sensitivity.

I believe in fostering a team-oriented environment and keeping open lines of communication with physicians and other professionals to ensure continuity and quality of care. I am passionate about making a difference in my patients' lives and look forward to supporting their journey to better mental health.
