I was seen mainly by the doctor who works under Dr. Spielfogel's supervision. After, Dr. Spielfogel popped in and we reviewed what had been discussed. Each of them had excellent suggestions and advice. I feel it was a good visit. It's a very small office and the receptionist was very nice. When I first got there the small waiting area was empty, but when I left it was quite full. I would not have been comfortable sitting there even though masks were worn.

Dr. Spielfogel was awesome. He has a great bedside manner, he talked me through my procedure and even guided me through some belly breathing to help me cope with any pain. His team was wonderful too. They put me at ease, and were very kind, funny and professional. I can’t recommend them highly enough. The facilities were clean and the appointments were spaced out to where I didn’t even have to come into contact with other patients.

The visit to discuss and take measurements for replacement orthotics went well. I had every expectation that the doctor's office would get back with me regarding how much, if any, of the cost would be covered by my insurance. It's been more than 3 weeks and I've heard nothing despite leaving a message for the doctor's office.
Given how costly it is to attract new patients I'm quite surprised at the lack of follow-up - but I'm glad to find out now before spending more money here.

Absolutely outstanding! Asked lots of questions to get to know me as a patient and then used that information to ask more distracting questions while fixing my foot. Was patient and nice. Outstanding bedside manner.
Front desk staff was outstanding, too - took the time to be absolutely certain that they could accept my very confusing health insurance, which I greatly appreciate!! Overall the best experience I've had at a Dr's office in a long time.
