About William Flores
Will Flores has been a practicing Physician Assistant for over a decade, serving a diverse range of patients, including minority and underserved populations in south central LA. He has volunteered as a disaster healthcare worker since 2014, most recently dedicating considerable time on weekends during the pandemic to care for the homeless in COVID quarantine areas. Graduating cum laude from Charles R. Drew University of Medicine and Science with a Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies, he has excelled in family, internal, and emergency medicine. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado Boulder with a double major in molecular biology and psychology.
“HIV medicine has been the highlight of my career. I admire the spirit and courage of my patients. Over the past 11 years, it has been truly remarkable to witness the evolution of HIV care to what it is today. I can't wait to see the end of AIDS in our lifetime.”
In his free time, Will enjoys swimming, spending time on his sailboat, longboarding, paddleboarding, kayaking, skiing, bicycling (having completed AIDS Lifecycle in 2011 and 2015), playing guitar, and watching South Park.
