Dr. Mazzei is a board-certified family physician and our Medical Director. He is a graduate of University of Florida, and he continued his professional and post-graduate medical training at the St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville, Florida. A primary care physician for nearly 30 years, Dr. Mazzei has extensive training and clinical experience in the areas of family and internal medicine. Dr. Mazzei collaborates with our fellow clinicians and the entire medical staff to establish team-based care.

Both receptionist nurses and staff were great. Very attentive to details, welcoming, making me feel comfortable. Appointment was on time no wait and the facility provides multiple exams and blood work done there so it minimizes time you have to be outside having things done. Parking available and in a easy access in and out location.
