Dr. Portnoy, is a Double Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, Otolaryngologist / Head and Neck Surgeon who has been practicing in the New York Metropolitan area since 1993. He specializes in Rhinoplasty, Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery as well as Otolaryngology at his New York City practice in the heart of Chelsea. He is a graduate of Brandeis University and The George Washington University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Otolaryngology at the New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and performed a fellowship in Head and Neck/Reconstructive Surgery in Pittsburgh, PA. Dr. Portnoy is actively involved in resident education and maintains privileges at 2 NYC hospitals: Mount Sinai Beth Israel and The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai.

So many positives about this visit. Paperwork was done online prior to the appointment so no need for lengthy forms. Very friendly front desk. No wait to see the doctor. Dr. Portnoy listened to my symptoms, asked many followup questions and did all the necessary procedures to get to the bottom. He is a great diagnostic and I think he nailed down my underlining issue. He is knowledgeable, confident, professional. You'll be in good hands. Highly recommend!
