My first visit. Doctor Steck is a nice & kinda doctor. Yes recommend but the 3 hr wait is just incredible. If your coming here bring something with you to do because you will be waiting hours! Feeling like in line for a roller coaster.

I waited a long time (but this is to expected for a first time visit at a busy clinic) but once I got into see Dr. Steck and his team I was very impressed and happy with my decision. They were extremely thorough... I spent a good amount of time with the Dr. and they took no short cuts at all. I left feeling like I had accomplished more in one visit than I had for yrs of Ob/ Gyn care. Definitely recommended!

Dr. Steck was awesome. Even during an awkward exam, he makes u feel comfortable. Now the office staff is another story. Not even his people, but the office manager for the dentist who he shares the office makes u feel like you are sitting out on the front stoop gossiping and watching music videos.

Dr. Steck is a really great doctor, unfortunately I am going to have to choose another provider, as my schedule cannot accommodate his (in my opinion) rather limited schedule. The latest evening appointment offered was 5:30pm...in Union City! On a weekday!! Not happening if you work days fulltime. I'm really sorry to go, but that isn't going to work. I've missed a few appointments because of the lack of flexibility.

Each time I saw him, I ended up in an un-airconditioned room where I sat and sweated until I was seen. Don't get me wrong, the wait time isn't long, but It was summer time and I couldn't stand being uncomfortable.

Spent three hours in the office. Most of which was waiting around in the exam room or waiting room. Doctor spent more time lecturing me about my weight and didn't not provide enough time to answer my questions.

My visit with Dr. William Steck was very worthwhile. He was easy going and gentle. The staff was good and helpful too. I wanted him to prescribe me pills to postpone my periods which was due to start 4 days later, during a beach vacation in Miami. He did some routine tests and prescribed the pills which I got from the pharmacy on my way back home. Things worked out just as I wanted and I had a blast in Miami with my family. I went to the doctor worried and anxious...I came out happy and relaxed.

The Doctor is very good. He is very nice. However, his medical assistant is very rude. She snaps the words at the patient as if she is a correctional officer speaking to a jailed person. However, when the doctor appears, she behaves very nice and sweet. Doctor William S. definetely needs to change her.

My appointment started an hour late. Dr. Steck's office was a little dingy- the foot-rest covers on the exam table had stains. However, Dr. Steck seemed to know what he was doing.

Gentle, well experienced doctor. Doesn't seem to be greedy like many other doctors. Well behaved staff. But, the union city office is in a old building with not so clean toilet and little unhygienic feel in the air.
