Book with Susannah super nice and gentle with me !! Felt super comfortable it being my first time getting a Pap smear. The only thing is I came at 12:00 and wasn’t seen till 1 something then the doctor finally came to do my routine at close to 2. If you have something planned after make sure you go early in the morning for your appointment cause you WILL be waiting a good 2 hours to be finished.

Im always nervous at these appointments but she made me feel at ease and didn’t make feel silly for being so nervous. She explained her steps and that she would be gentle. When asking of any symptoms, concerns, she was attentive, polite, not condescending or dismissive. A friend sees another doctor there and also says she’s amazing and kind. She’s a 100/10. Staff was also good. Clean office. Highly recommend.

I had a good experience, but was not seen by the provider I booked with. The person who did my exam was very kind and thorough so I was not unhappy with my visit. I just didn't actually meet Susannah Donahue-Negbaur so I can't rate my experience with her specifically. Overall I recommend the practice!

I tend to get nervous going to the doctor generally speaking, but the OB-GYN even more so. I expressed my anxiety and nervousness to Susannah, and she was incredibly kind, empathetic, and understanding. She listened to my concerns and gave thoughtful responses, making me feel really heard and understood. I never felt rushed or like I was bothering her by taking up her time and asking questions. She explained everything she was doing before and as she was doing it, which helped my anxiety tremendously. Getting a pap is an unpleasant experience no matter what, but having it done by Susannah made it as "pleasant" as it could have been. Thank you!

Susannah is a joy. It’s nice to have a OBGYN that’s kind, thoughtful and friendly. Although I was waiting a while due to a miscommunication with the staff, Susannah led with accountability and an apology and at no time did she make me feel rushed to get to the next appointment to make up for lost time. Susannah asked questions about how I feel, not just about my vaginal health but my overall well being. It’s important because as we know, it’s all connected but not often discussed that way. She took her time to explain things to me, provided me with advice based on the things I shared with her - overall it was a great appointment and a bright spot on my day. Thank you Susannah!

NP Susannah was great, remembered key details from our last visit together. Was able to answer questions and concerns that I had. However, I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait about 30 minutes to be called inside. The ladies at the front desk were a bit rude and sarcastic. Sonographer was a bit cold and did not introduce herself. The phlebotomist was the sweetest and she really made my visit a pleasant one.

I am so happy I just found my new gyno. Susannah was such a pleasure, and was the very first person to actually listen to my concerns; I’m 33 and have been voicing them since my very first gynecologist appt, only to be dismissed every time by every single one. I have been going to the same OB/GYN since I was 15, so was hesitant to try someone new . However , my experience was very pleasant, with Dr. Susannah Donahue-Negbaur and the Boro staff from the front office , the sono tech and lab. I had a terrific experience and appointment, I literally left smiling! Her office was very professional, yet so personable and kind. I arrived early and was seen early.
All the staff members clearly communicated what I should expect at each step of my visit. I felt that I had a personal connection with everyone from the receptionist, to the person who took my vitals, the doctor and even after when I had my blood drawn. (Which I love how everything was easily accessible during this visit and I was also able to have my iron and cholesterol checked)
Now to the star of the show, Dr. Susannah was exceptional. She was welcoming, she listened to me and made me feel safe and comfortable. As a black woman, it was so important for me to find medical care at a clinic that supports, values and listens to me. Dr. Susannah was also a great communicator and she announced and explained every move she made before she did it. I highly highly recommend and am so grateful I found new care.

Experience was great. I went for an annual pap which I typically dread, but she put me at ease immediately with her calm nature and genuine care. I liked that she didn't make assumptions about my sexual orientation and she asked about my mental health and how I'm feeling overall.

Susannah is an incredible practitioner. I have never had a health professional sit with me and talk so calmly. She was grounded, present and kind. And the nurse assistant who took my blood pressure was so friendly. They both made my entire experience turn positive.
The person who did my sonogram was a little annoyed with me for asking for her to check my ovarian cysts…. But, I’m glad I did because they grew. Remember to be an agent for your own health and ask health workers for EVERYTHING you want to know. They work for you.

As a first time patient here I was so relieved to have had an amazing first experience with Susannah Donahue-Negbaur who was the first to ask about my mental health. I was very pleased with the clean office and waiting room. The bedside manners of the staff were excellent with the exception of one receptionist who was rather aggressive in all interactions with me.

Staff were all friendly and courteous. NP was courteous, good bedside manner and knowledgable as well as described everything and answered all questions asked. Initial wait time was not too long, under 1 hour. Getting vaccine took another 45min-1 hour which was too long. Other than that, was a pleasant experience.

Susannah was amazing, very attentive and caring. The WB location of this office was not great at this time though - patients in the waiting room taking their masks off even when the front desk repeatedly asked them to keep them on.

When that arrives to that place the person on the second window she said that she called me and told her yes I am sorry could not give you my insurance card number because I was working and I had a clients" and she gave me a such bad attitude I think there were reason that she had that behavior
the doctor spoke to me well and explained the reason why I had gone there and asked her to do the tests, she told would call me in two or three days I waited almost two weeks and I never did not hear from her and call several times and nobody pick up the phone. I had to go there to find out about my results, I think that's unprofessional.
the staff that works there they're not friendly at all , I will never go back again. they received a payment for having me there I did not went there for free.. will not recommend
