The service was satisfactory. The therapist was patient and thorough. Friday will be my 2nd visit, which I look forward to.
My visit was amazing . My provider listened to my concerns and helped me through my pain . I highly recommend him .
Extremely great service, absolutely great service. Clean environment, very friendly. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
He is very professional and knowledgeable and makes me feel very comfortable .Please don't change the therapist.
Parth is always pleasant , precise and attentive to what physical activity I need to improve everyday.
Really helpful, every time I visit I’m in and out. Never have any problems with appointments.
Excellent, very informative. Cares about the situations of your injuries.
I love the way he's pushing me and taking the time and listening to me
I always enjoy it when I go the the exercise is always very useful
Parth is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
He’s really great, pays attention to detail and is very respectful.
Definitely helps to understanding problem and solution
My visit was very good he works with me very well.
No front desk/administrative staff at time of appointment. PT was alone and unsure if my insurance info had been accepted. Talk to a physician via an iPad which was difficult to understand and found awkward to communicate needs. Physician was more focused on pan meds than PT plan. Told PT I did not want pain medication but the next day received a call from pharmacy to confirm my info and I canceled over the phone. PT appointment following was basic and would not recommend for athletes. It was my understanding my insurance was accepted by the office but I received a bill without explanation. I requested an itemized bill, but 42 business hrs later I have received no response for an itemized invoice only 2 texts reminding me to pay my bill. I called to cancel my second appointment because of the invoice and the individual did not seem interested in solving my concerns. Oh, they also still had Christmas decorations including a tree and it was the 2nd week of March.
The best of the best .

Parth is amazing. I’ve gone to many physical therapists in hope Of alleviating the chronic pain in my jaw. Parth is the only physical Therapist who I have found to be helpful. He has reduced my jaw pain significantly after only a few sessions.
Parth is a warm and knowledgeable practitioner and I always look forward to our appointments! My leg has been in serious pain for a long time and working with Parth has drastically improved my condition. Not only is he thorough in his treatment, but he is always ready to listen to a patient’s needs! He is a wonderful physical therapist to this community and his professionalism and expertise is unmatched. I would highly recommend!
I’ve been seeing Parth for the last month after herniating a disc in my back and have seen such an improvement in both my pain and mobility. The physical therapist and receptionist are both attentive and caring, listening to my feedback and adjusting my plan as needed. I’ve been able to easily find appointments that work with my schedule and am glad I found such a great center close to home!

Dr Patel makes every visit nothing less than exceptional. Every session involves a very thorough check of your pain level/discomfort and progress, followed by a massage (at least for me) of the troubled area, and then he lets the machines do their work. He always makes sure that you’re just right and provides the best care according to your needs! I’ve just restarted physio and I’m on perhaps my third week and I already feel much improved and stronger. In terms of the office generally, both Dr. Patel and Lastarr have wonderful personalities that can often distract you from the fact that you are actually at physical therapy. They are very caring and make the environment so open, free and comfortable/natural to the point where you feel as if you’re family rather than doctor and patient. Book your appt today (if you need it) to receive 10/10 care!
It was pleasent and very stress free I felt like he was knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about I felt that I was being heard.
They had no record of my appointment despite me having received confirmation from zocdoc. Upon arrival the provider answered the door and asked if I have an appointment, when I said “yes, 4pm” he went and got the receptionist who told me that was “impossible because our latest appointment is at 3.45”. The provider went to sit back at his laptop (no other patients) and not acknowledge the situation any further. I showed the email confirmation and the receptionist said “I don’t know what to tell you.” The best they could offer was to rebook another day, but I don’t feel like wasting my time on a provider who clearly thought I was wasting theirs. I’ll find somewhere else and so should you.
At first I was a little skeptical but I began to look forward to coming and it helped a lot I really appreciate the help I've been getting
Parth Patel, he is excellent in what he does in the matter to treat the patients. He takes time with patients answers the question and explains the whole condition. My experience with him is really good. My pain is way better than before. I love the way he treats the patients. He’s just good, god bless him with success.
I felt very welcomed. I came in with a very serious knee pain, and honestly it has been getting better. I’m very satisfied with my results and glad that I chose hands of hope.
Please just book somewhere else. The secretary Starr was extremely rude and lied to me about my insurance while I I was literally on the phone with my provider. She refused re-enter my insurance even though my provider said there was something clearly wrong

Parth was awesome. He educated me on why I needed to do certain stretches and the muscles they were helping. He was really nice about annswering all my questions. The manual he did on my foot was really great and I appreciate all his help!
My teenager is getting treatment for a knee injury and we’ve had a great experience here. Very professional, no wait time, conveniently located, willing to wrk with our schedule and clean and friendly. Definitely recommend this practice.
Parth was very attentive. He listened to my concerns and answered my questions. My exercises are thorough and rigorous which has led to amazing changes in my mobility. When i leave therapy i always feel accomplished and relaxed.

Dr Parth is a great helpful doctor. He takes the time out to target patient direct issues and is a happy doctor to work with . I appreciate his time and efforts.
I’ve had n exceptional experience at hands of hope on Ralph in Brooklyn. Parth has been very transparent in explaining how my body functions work regarding my injury.
