We offer 8-12 week plan options that include Nutrition, Phentermine, Semaglutide + B12, and Lipo Injections!
At RW Family Practice & Preventive Care, clients come in weekly for weigh-ins and vitamin injections. Weigh-ins help maintain accountability and track changes in body composition, while vitamin injections boost your energy and metabolism. Each client receives a tailored nutrition plan. Regular monitoring keeps patients on track and allows us to intervene if dietary or lifestyle changes affect weight loss progress. Appetite suppressants are available as an option. You will be supervised by our provider Wilnard Dastine, DNP, FNP, APRN, AUTONOMOUS.
Dr. Dastine has been in the medical field for over 20 years, gaining experience in various healthcare settings. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and Master of Nursing degrees from South University in Savannah, Georgia, and completed her undergraduate studies at Excelsior College. Wilnard is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) and is a Certified Aesthetic Specialist. She is always looking for ways to broaden her education and utilizes evidence-based practices to promote high-quality patient care.

What I loved…my appointment was at 11:15. The Dr. entered the exam room at 11:15 on the dot. I’ve never had that happen before! I felt listened to, and felt like my concerns were heard. Very nice, clean office. Would recommend.
