The doctor I’m sure is great but I didn’t have a great experience. I started from the lobby. Not very welcoming. The staff of the doct is nice but the receptionist on the first floor could be nicer. I went to get a physical and the doctor barely examined me. The overall experience for me is enough not to go back

Dr. Sinanaj was friendly, gave me an opportunity to ask all my questions, and didn't waste anytime during my assessment. He also accommodated my family member without needing to. He knows his craft well and he is also familiar with my other provider. Will recommend to other members of my family.

doctor was very nice but front desk was rude and did not look happy to be there..their tone didnt change until they asked what Do I do for a living and I told them I was a nurse. Turns out someone else used my social security number so I couldn't be seen for another 2 hours while they figured it out. I was in awe.
Although the doctor was nice, I NEVER got a call back regarding my test results. I had access to the Mychart app and thats how I was able to see everything. very irresponsible! this visit reminded me why I mainly see doctors who are in private practice. never returning!
