My appointment was at 12:30 I waited no more than 10 minutes, she is a very good doctor, she took the time to listen and went over my results, I felt so comfortable being there, and very nice staff, highly recommend Dr Yan!

Weird environment. Couldn't rebook and they were very loud about how she wasn't taking new patients even though I was new. Made me uncomfortable. Also couldn't get my physical on this appointment even though that's what I was going for.

It’s sad because my review was initially suppose to be very positive. I will say that Dr. Yan is very kind and this review is not based on her as a person but the lack of professionalism...
Over one month ago I visited Dr. Yan with the intentions of making her my primary Doctor that I would visit frequently. I got blood test ran and planned to visit her the following week for other check ups and the results on the test ran prior. When making my second appointment in advanced I was thrilled with her service. One day before my follow up appointment I got a call that she needed to cancel my appointment, which was very inconvenient for me because I moved a lot around to make it happen. But, whatever, she needed to be at the hospital fine.
OVER ONE MONTH later.... I still have not gotten the results of the first test ran. May not seem like a big deal except.. I’ve called the office THREE times and was promised to be contacted with the results. So yes, I’m frustrated. I spend money on the visit, and time that I quite frankly don’t have, like every other professional in NYC.
If your time is precious to you, Dr. Yan is not the doctor for you. If you’d like to speak to someone nice who will listen to your concerns, go to a shrink or Dr. Yan. Full disclosure.. this is the first bad review I’ve ever written in my life, I don’t like to take business away from professionals. But, this was pretty bad.
