“Overall, my visit was excellent. Everything ran right on time, which is both amazing and refreshing for a clinic in the New York area. The staff was incredibly warm and welcoming—a huge contrast to other local practices where the staff can often feel rude and rushed. I also really appreciated their intake process. I always fill out my paperwork in advance, but most clinics still make you fill it out all over again on arrival; Optum was refreshingly efficient and had everything ready to go.
Most importantly, the doctor was outstanding. They took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable and supported in my care. Overall, a seamless and high-quality experience from start to finish.”

The doctor was not available, the office was a mess. I showed up and the doctor wasn't in that day, so they put me in with someone who was not a doctor. The front desk staff were unprofessional.

Dr. Valasareddi was everything I am looking for in a primary. From the staff being friendly and efficient, to the appointment itself, everything went quick and smooth. What set Dr. Valasreddi from other primary doctors, is how it didn’t feel like she was coming in for just a paycheck to leave as soon as possible. She sat with me, listened with full body posture, and let me finish before replying. I didn’t feel rushed and she was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable.
