First time seeing Dr. Matamala and I'm extremely satisfied with my appointment. Wait time was a little long, but that can happen anywhere and she was extremely apologetic. She explained things very thoroughly in a way my previous doctor had not and made me feel completely at ease.

Visit was fine. Have called her 5 times in the last two weeks to get follow up treatment, as the medication she prescribed me has not worked. She has called me back once, which I missed, and have not been able to reach her since. Will now have to schedule another appointment with another doctor. Very frustrating.

Dr Matamala is fantastic. Her receptionist team are not. After waiting 45 minutes for my appointment I was informed in a rather surly manner that I could expect another 1.5hr wait. If you've got a spare five hours to wait for your appointment then this office is a great option for you.

Dr. Matamala was fairly nice, but the whole appointment felt rushed. She didn't take time to talk with me about the things I wanted to discuss, didn't answer my questions very well and overall didn't seem very empathetic. Maybe she just wasn't having a good day? I would definitely not recommend her.
