Hello Everyone! My name is Yaimara, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I am dual-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I received my Master's in Nursing and Post Master's from Purdue University Global. I have been in the field for over 10 years. I conduct psychiatric evaluations, diagnose mental health disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans. I help patients manage conditions like anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, and other mental disorders. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Yolanda was very good once I got the chance to speak to her it was my third attempt at getting a telemed appointment through Zach doc the only problem I have now is that my prescription still has not been called in and I am running out of medication and it is very difficult to get back in touch with the provider

I recently lost my psychiatrist and started searching for someone new for my medication management. After searching and reading reviews I found Mrs. Cruz. Our initial first session was great. It's always difficult for me to have to start over and talk about certain things with someone new. I was very comfortable with Mrs. Cruz. She is warm, intelligent and has a sense of humor which are three characteristics I find very appealing. I'm excited to begin my journey with her.
