Horrible experience. My appointment was for 9:45, and I arrived right on time. There are two doctors in this office, and there were two receptionists; however, one was not at the desk when I walked in. I wasn't asked my name, and was told Dr. Yana was in the bathroom and would be right back. I then sat there for 45 minutes. I approached a different woman behind the desk at this point and was told I "never checked in" and "your appointment was at 9:45. I informed her that the red-headed woman behind the desk who was sitting next to her told me to have a seat and that the doctor would be right back and then I waited 45 minutes. The red-headed woman interrupted me, started yelling "I don't work for Dr. Yana" repeatedly, then proceeded to call me names. Meanwhile, she is told me to take a seat and nobody took two seconds to look in the waiting room to see who had been sitting waiting, and then tried to blame the patient and call them names. I walked out and will not be coming back.

I am so grateful for my visit with Yana Masikhaeva, NP. After months of going from doctor to doctor with no real answers for my autoimmune and thyroid issues, I began losing hope. This endocrinology appointment was extremely important to me, and without her I would have had to wait almost six more months for another specialist.
From the moment I walked into her office, she treated me with kindness, patience, and genuine concern. She listened carefully to everything I’ve been struggling with and finally made me feel seen and understood. For the first time in a long time, I felt like a provider truly cared about my health, not just the chart in front of them.
