Dr. Yana Ryzhakova, DNP, is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Wilkes University. She brings a comprehensive perspective to health care, providing a unique emphasis on the health and well-being of the whole person. With a focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and health education and counseling, Dr. Ryzhakova guides patients in making smarter health and lifestyle choices, which can improve their overall well-being while lowering out-of-pocket costs.

The Nurse Practitioner was more concerned with running my insurance for other services that I did not request. The NP had no regard for what was happening to me. NP did not offer any medication to alleviate my medical concern, NP did not smile or seemed happy that I came for the visit. However, the other staff members were courteous and the space was clean.

I recently visited this office based on the description of an OBGYN listed on ZocDoc. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, I was informed that they had no record of my appointment and asked to wait. After explaining that I was there to see the OBGYN, I was initially left waiting for 45 minutes before my vitals were taken.
Following this, I waited another 20 minutes in the vitals room, only to be sent back to the waiting room for another 15 minutes. When the doctor finally saw me, she informed me that she was actually a primary care physician and not an OBGYN. Despite my clear indication of needing an OBGYN, she was unhelpful and rude, stating she could only help with changing my primary care physician or provide a referral to an actual OBGYN.
Overall, I wasted over two hours of my time with no resolution or care related to my initial appointment request. This experience was frustrating and unprofessional.

This is a no-fault insurance office, full of after accident patients . Has nothing to do with an office/specialist who could’ve treated my issue - a possible eye infection. Very frustrating experience. I’m flabbergasting why ZocDoc reckoned this office/practitioner who could’ve help me.

I wanted to come in for a sick note, and to be checked for my flu. Told them that i was running late but ended up coming like 10-20 mins late due to being stopped by the cops because people evaded the bus fair, so they had to stop the bus and pull ppl off. Got to the office, sat and waited to be seen for 2 hrs + It was very cold not to mention. When I was seen, i wasn’t questioned about my sickness nor was anything given to me. They did an allergy test and took blood work from me and then gave me a sick note. The doctor Yana was very pretty & i loved her heels but she looked like she didn’t want to be bothered the whole time. Had to treat myself at home for the flu :’(

The best primary Doctor you can wish for. Very knowledgeable and professional, caring and attentive. The Doctor give a lot of time to explain the problem and give different approach to medical problems. This place is awesome. Highly recommend!!!

Wait was very long(1.5hours)and the worst thing was there was no signal(one bar)on my device since it is the basement.
Dr was a very good listener and very experienced with confident. Best thing was there is a technician to do laboratory work and test right there!
