About Dr. Yazdaan Juma
Born and raised in Minnesota, the outdoors has always been a place of beauty and solitude for me. I have been able to share that with my family, whether it's through the many parks, camping, or just the untouched scenery that Minnesota holds. In my spare time, I enjoy hosting and spending time with family and friends. I have an avid interest in marine biology, photography, and traveling the world. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine and completed my residency at Hennepin County Medical Center.

I have been going to NW Family Clinic Physicians for over 30 years. The Plymouth office feels like a small town doctor office. Dr. Sagedahl & Juma are very nice, caring, and competent doctors.
