What should a new client know about working with you?

Convenient and secure telemedicine services are available for adult patients across California, offering virtual consultations with licensed healthcare providers—all from the comfort and privacy of home.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before your initial evaluation, we will send you the intake forms and other required documents to complete. Completion of these forms is very important and must be done at least 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We will also reach out to you to confirm your appointment. Please schedule an appointment only if you can attend. If not, please cancel the appointment. This policy helps ensure that appointment times are respected and that availability is reserved for patients who require care. The initial evaluation is a comprehensive one-hour appointment. Follow-up sessions are typically 30 minutes in duration and focus primarily on medication management and on addressing any concerns or questions you may have.
