Together we’ll build practical tools for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, relationship stress, and life transitions, centered on your values and goals. I can help with concerns appropriate for telehealth. For safety, I am not the right fit if you have active suicidal or homicidal thoughts with a plan; please seek emergency or in-person care. Healing is possible, and things can get better for you. You matter.

I see patients through UpLift. When you create your profile, you will input your insurance information and the team will reach out with your copay amount. If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price is $199 for the intake appointment and $150 for follow up appointments.
