Dr. Lwin was warm and empathetic. She listened to my concerns during the in-person appointment and a follow later that week. There was an issue with the lab for bloodwork and she went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciate Dr. Lwin and her team for creating such a welcoming and supportive environment during my appointments. She took the time to truly listen to my concerns without making me feel rushed, which is something I haven’t experienced with many other physicians. My first appointment was in the office, and I was pleasantly surprised that I was seen within 10 minutes of checking in. For my follow-up, we met virtually, which was super convenient and saved me a trip just to check in on my progress. I’m happy to say she’s now my primary care provider.

Had a great experience at Dr. Lwin doctor office at Lwin Medical. Was my first time there, very up to date facility and wait time was less then 15 minutes from when I got there. Doctor was very attentive and listended to what I had to say. Overall I will be coming back. So don’t be surprised if you me there while you’re there. Highly highly recommend.

Friend recommended Dr. Lwin when I told her about my situation and I am glad she did. Dr. Lwin was easy to talk to and treated me as if I was there for a general checkup, meaning she made me feel at ease for my situation. The office she has now (saw her in both her old and new office) is located in an upscale medical building and she still never has any signs up for what her specialty is so even when waiting in the waiting room, I felt comfortable as no one knew why I was there. I am officially off all treatments and sober for 4 months now all thanks to Dr. Lwin.

I have been seeing Dr. Lwin before she was on ZocDoc. Compassionate treatment for when I needed it the most. She listened and instead of just forcing medications on me she answered all questions and we found the best treatment plan for me. It worked. Been sober for 26 months now.
The office is clean and surprisingly no mention of addiction services. Her office was on the same floor as other specialists like cardiology so as I was in the waiting room I did not feel singled out.
If you need someone she is your go to person. Even if you just need someone to listen who cares.
