Dr De la paz herself is a good doctor!!! , unfortunately her office locations move way to frequently!!!!! It also takes a long time for her to responds to an emergency. The Jamaican Nurse Pr that she has is AWFUL no beside manner or empathy at all!!!! Now the doctor is only available on Saturdays which is a big inconvenience!!! For these reasons I have had to make the decision to seek another primary care doctor.

She is very attentive and takes the time to observe you and listen. Great doctor. Yes, the time is awful, but that is fine. I'd rather invest time for a great doctor than be seen quickly and pushed along the process.

She seems extremely nice and she has bed side manner but her staff just sucks. You do test with them and they never get back to you with results. When you call, the wait is like an hour to just get a receptionist. Its sad, it seems like finding a good PCP is so hard.

Great service when you are fortunate enough to be able to schedule an appointment. Was regularly visiting for a while and then they were never available for appointments. After months of trying and failing, gave up and changed doctors.

I've been to Dr. De La Paz now several times and each time is worse. I've only ever seen the doctor once. They have lost record of my payments before and sent me bills for services I have already paid. The PAs and nurses change all the time. One of them was nice but forgot who I was every time I visited and didn't really have much to say about any of my concerns. The other was rude, cold, and incredibly unhelpful. When I saw Dr. De La Paz, she rushed through our appointment. I felt like they were only interested in selling their products and pushing more services on me than taking the time to really figure out my needs. Not to mention the ridiculous insurance fiasco where they sent my labs to an OUT OF NETWORK laboratory! And the location changes all the time. It's ridiculous, unprofessional, the waits are too long. Complete mess.

The people at this office does not seem well prepared. Except for the nurse who treated me, the other ladies were a little lost. There was not follow up on my case. I called, and called, and called, and never got the results back. I had to look for a different doctor.

Worst experience ever! I'm a doctor myself and if I ran my practice this way I would absolutely be out of business. They ran countless tests and never called with any results. I called and tried to get my results for over a month with no luck. They couldn't get my rx right, it took them more than a week and then had excuse after excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't called in. The best is that they tried to blame it on me... Little did they know my best friend is the regional manager of the pharmacy I use... They never called in the rx... I wouldn't send my worst enemy here.... Do yourself a favor, find a different doctor and different office.

Dr. De La Paz is a wonderful doctor who made my usually anxious self feel comfortable during my appointment. She was very thorough and even suggested further testing during my annual; she completely understood my hesitation (Huge fear of needles!) but kindly suggested to do more in the future. Which was also a relief.. A very cheerful and understanding woman. The office is full of great educational photos and such. The receptionists whom I spoke to were very pleasant. I will feel at ease about future appointments at this medical office.

The wait time was pretty awful today especially since I tried making the first available appointment hoping to get to work on time. I'm very patient though and I know the team here is really great and knowledgable so I feel it's worth it, but I think it would be important for them to try to improve this since I saw so many others upset about this. Two were new patients and asked if the dr was good and I definitely gave my recommendation but unfortunately their first impression was not positive. They also did not meet the doctor. My last visit last month was the first time I saw DR. De la Paz in many months, which is ok because I love DR. Vanessa! But those new patients were expecting to meet DR. De la Paz
