I earned my Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed my residency in Family Medicine at Reading Hospital and Medical Center. I care for patients with a broad array of medical conditions including hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid conditions, mental health conditions, and more. I also specialize in women's health, providing annual wellness exams, breast exams, Pap smears, and other preventive visits. My interest in medicine began as a young child. I often accompanied my grandparents to doctor visits and would imitate the doctor by treating my dolls with potions made from water, leaves, and plants. When I was 12, my father-always a source of love and encouragement-was diagnosed with smoking-related cancer and passed away when I was 14. A few years later, my mother, my strongest supporter, was diagnosed with colon cancer at 47. Thankfully, she was treated, cured, and is a cancer survivor today. These early experiences ignited my passion to help others through medicine. Neither of my parents regularly saw a doctor for checkups or screenings; they only sought care when symptoms appeared, often too late. My family experiences inspired me to become a family physician dedicated to promoting healthy lifestyles and educating patients on preventive medicine and the benefits of having a trusted family doctor. At Memorial Primary Care, communication and access are priorities. We connect with patients in the office and through phone calls and MyChart messages, offering same- or next-day appointments. I build strong relationships with my patients and provide personalized care. I enjoy being the first point of contact for most patients and take a proactive approach through genuine communication, education, and early diagnosis.
