“I've never had good luck with doctors. I always seem to get older doctors that don't really listen to me or blow off my concerns. Dr. Lu, however, was incredibly easy to talk to and listened very carefully to what I was saying. He was thorough in answering all of my questions and made sure to give me all the options available. I felt very reassured after speaking with him, and he never rushed me or made me feel like I was dumb or uninformed like other doctors have in the past. This single visit has really changed how I view doctor visits and every single one of the staff in the clinic was kind as well! I didn't wait long at all before I was called. Great experience all around. ”

Doctor himself was good enough, however his staff was basically negligent. Took all my medical history, didn’t call in my prescription until I had to call them to find out if they did, and then didn’t relay possible conflicting medications to the pharmacist after having all the information necessary to do so.
