About Youn Sun Smith
Youn Sun Catherine Smith holds a Florida Registered Nurse license as well as a Florida Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
Youn Sun Catherine earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, followed by her Master’s degree in Family Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of North Carolina in 2001. As someone who is usually nervous about doctors, I cannot express how grateful I am to see Dr. Youn Sun Smith! Both times I have seen her she was so kind and warm. It has been over a year since my last appointment and she remembered everything about me, my medical history, etc. All of the work is quick and painless- she and the medical assistants are all terrific and make sure you're comfortable!

The ARNP You Sun SMITH is wonderful. She cares about her patients and is friendly. She takes time to explain everything and listens to the questions. Thank you You Son for your dedication.Also the staff in this office is good. They are nice and professional they also make sure the patient completes the paper work. The waiting time for appointment was only 15 minutes.

I always see Youn Sun Smith. She is kind, professional and always warm. She treats me like a friend and a patient. I have seen her for years and will continue. This year the practice has had to change how they see patients to protect patients and themselves. They are doing a wonderful job. If I could give them more stars I would keep up the good work. l

Moved from South Tampa to Riverview and I was so glad they have a Brandon location! The office staff is just as nice and everything is so clean and organized. I never feel like I'm waiting forever before getting seen. Must see Youn Smith, she's the best, so sweet and explains everything to you thoroughly!

Literally the BEST one I have ever been to. I requested Dr Youn Sun Catherine Smith and she was amazing!!!! First of all Chyane (if that’s how you spell it) was such an awesome receptionist. She made me feel extremely comfortable and able to ask her any question. As for the doctor, I have never met someone who listens to every single concern you have and not look irritated or bothered. She listened to all my concerns and genuinely gave her opinion and mad me feel so comfortable!!! I felt like I could tell her my whole life!! She’s definitely going to be my go to and I couldn’t be more excited to start this journey with her as my doctor!!

AWESOME experience from the entrance of the door everybody was so polite.Mrs.Smith was the best.she calm me down instantly I had a bad experience in 2018 with my last checkup with a different doctor. and I didn't want to ever go back but I knew I had to and when I had Mrs. Smith she treated me so good give me all the information I needed ahead.she took care of me without even judging me. I thank you for that and I will be back.

The staff was great and very personable, I saw ARNP Smith, she was wonderful! Very sweet, had great bedside manner, but was very “matter of fact”, and professional as well. I felt like I was actually examined and taken care of, whereas at my previous OB/GYN I was rushed and no one took the time to actually make sure all of my vitals and things were normal. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing first visit. Nina was so pleasant at check in and check out!!! Neesi was amazing at time of triage and youn son Smith ARNP explained things to me to help me understand what I’m going through and got to the problems. She orders the appropriate tests to get to my problem and offered therapy for physical issue to help me! I’m on track and going in again soon! Thanks to them for today

I’ve been going to this facility for years and everyone at this office makes your visit so enjoyable. Meredith, Dawn and Veronica are always so friendly and ready to help. Youn Sun Smith is always my first choice to see but if she’s not available I’ve never seen anyone else that doesn’t make me feel just as important!!
